COVID-19

In light of the ongoing situation relating to COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to close The Lighthouse building from 5pm on Friday 20th March. While our front door will close, we are still here to help you in other If you’d like to come a visit us our services are

available From

  • -Children, young people and families already receiving support from The Lighthouse will continue to have telephone or video contact with their practitioners.

  • -Referrals will still be received and we will continue to triage referrals and provide advice and consultation.

  • -For those children and young people that need an essential face to face appointment for health checks, we can offer an initial assessment in the paediatric outpatients department at University College Hospital London. Assuming that the child, family and practitioners are well and can safely attend.

  • -Children, young people and families already receiving support from The Lighthouse will continue to have telephone or video contact with their practitioners.

  • -To book Achieving Best Evidence Interviews whilst the building is closed, please contact DC Lisa Isaacson at Lisa.Isaacson@met.pnn.police.uk. We will endeavour to make this possible for you and the child by special arrangement.

How to Access Our Services

The Lighthouse accepts referrals from Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington for children and young people aged between 0 and 18 years old (or up to 25 years of age with learning delay or disability for whom a child or young person-oriented service appears more suitable).

If you are contacting us about an assault that has happened within the last 7 days please contact The HAVENS on 020 3299 6900 – 24/7 Urgent advice and referrals. For non-urgent advice and referrals please contact them on 020 3299 1599 – 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (not public/bank holidays).
